  • New Workshop, New Mindsets: BIBYBI Takes Off

    JULY 2025

We’ve officially launched our BIBYBI (Build It Before You Build It) workshop: a hands-on model-building session where site teams construct a scaled version of the project before breaking ground.

What started as a fun activity has become a serious tool. It’s already saving us time, money, and stress, and most importantly, it’s empowering our teams to take ownership of their work before a single brick is laid.

“When you build it with your hands first, you understand it with your head,” one team member said, and that’s exactly the point.

The BIBYBI method will now be rolled out to all teams, with practical improvements, doubled-up tools, and more model-building materials to support the process.

Building More Than Structures in Swaziland

august 2025

While working on our cross-border chicken house project in Swaziland, our team has been doing more than just laying concrete. They’ve been sharing skills and empowering local workers along the way.

From teaching bricklaying techniques to guiding safe formwork practices, we’re proud to see knowledge passed on site by site, hand to hand. It’s part of our belief that every build should leave something behind. Not just structures, but skills, confidence, and opportunity.
